Descripción de puesto
El técnico de calidad se encargará de supervisar la correcta producción de nuestros productos que se hacen en los facilites de los partner factories. Revisando todos los puntos de control antes de liberar línea en cada producción de lote nuevo, dando soporte en línea para condiciones aceptables, indicadores de proceso y defectos, asegurando personal certificado que opere correctamente y generados registros de los productos que el partner factory embarcará, así como dando una inspección final de estos mismos para evitar reclamos o rechazos.

Responsabilidades clave
- Asegurar puntos de control en cada corrida de lote.
- Asegurar los CTQ's para cada inicio de corrida de lote.
- Checklist de liberación de línea de producción.
- Apoyo con criterios de inspección.
- Validación de raw material.
- Validación de personal certificado.
- Supervisión de producción.
- Inspección de material terminado.

Candidato ideal:
Carrera de ingeniería técnica.
Más de 2 años de experiencia en el ramo de la manufactura electrónica.
Conocimientos sobre procesos de SMT, PTH y back end o ensamble, experiencia con SMT, PTH, conformal, potting, ensamble, torques, soldadura, y empaque.
Conocimiento de IPC-610 en su última revisión.
Conocimiento en QCP, PFMEA y diagramas de flujo.
 
Manejo de paquete de office.

Job description
The quality technician will be in charge of supervising the correct production of our products that are made in the facilities of the partner factories. Reviewing all control points before releasing the line in each new batch production, providing online support for acceptable conditions, process indicators and defects, ensuring certified personnel that operate correctly and generating records of the products that the partner factory will ship as well as giving a final inspection of these to avoid complaints or rejections.



Key Responsibilities
- Ensure control points in each batch run.
- Ensure the CTQ's for each start of the batch run.
- Production line release checklist.
- Support with inspection criteria.
- Validation of raw material.
- Validation of certified personnel.
- Production supervision.
- Inspection of finished material.
Ideal profile:
Technical engineering career.
More than 2 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing field, knowledge of SMT, PTH and back end or assembly processes
Experience with SMT, PTH, conformal, potting, assembly, torques, welding, and packaging.
Knowledge of IPC-610 in its latest revision.
 knowledge of QCP, PFMEA and flowcharts. Office package management.
