Position Description

As a Test Engineer, you will work closely work with the operations team of manufacturing partners to ensure the MacroFab test process and requirement are correctly implemented, maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, and provide technical support to resolve test related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by engineering and administrative staff.
  • Analyze possible equipment/product failures.
  • Collect and document data needed for analysis and make recommendations for changes to the testing process.
  • Realize detailed analysis on the quality of the assigned product tests.
  • Propose corrective actions.
  • Constant visits with the contract manufacturer.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, telecommunication, or equivalent required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing companies.
  • Experience in functional and structural test.
  • Must have solid failure analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working with clients and internal teams
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
